Portable/foldable framework Car sun Shade

Hi
have seen Portable/framework foldable sun/rain shades for cars. I would appreciate any info about these , and more importantly, where to purchase. I cannot use anything that is of a permanent nature. I also wish to use for picnics, etc

I have seen them at Costco in the past, but I don't know if they have them right now.
