No idea about "best place", but I needed to replace a specific size a few years back and they were able to order it, grommets and all, etc., at Casa de Plomero in Ajijic. West side, carretera, red facade.

Thanks! I've also been advised that the hardware store behind the plaza in Chapala has it also.

That's a great store, they probably have it. Ferrat. Jara in Ajijic just west of the TelMex also carries several types in roll form.

I have 4 meters you can have, if you want it. It's the darkest shade.
