Renewal of Temporal Visa

I am needing to find accurate information on the renewal of a Temporal Visa. It has paid for the first of 4 years on my Temporal Visa and it will need to be renewed shortly and paid for Year 2 to 4. I am seeing conflicting info (how could this be!?) on the requirements to renew after the first year. What paperwork is needed? Is it a repeat of the first year and do I need to re-qualify again or can I simply make new application to continue? I appreciate if you know this info, to pass it along here or reference me to another source. Thank you!

Passport, temp card, money and do it on time, no financials if not late and if you qualified initially using financials and not working. My office does it in case you have better things to do.
