TIP online application

The Banjercito site to apply for temporary vehicle importation permit requires that a governmental site be accessed to receive a code number for visitor visa application to be entered in the TIP application form. The government site, however, does not provide information or forms in English. Our Spanish is not sufficient to navigate the site. Am I missing something? Or am I stressing too much about just applying for both TIP & FMM at the Nogales border crossing? We will be entering there on August 29.

It is quite easy at the border, where you have to stop to get your FMM Visitante visa anyway.

Some clients use google chrome and it translates the web pages so they can read them, have you tried that?
