Telcel international pay by the minute question....

Ok two of us up north in USA are using the new telcel plan where you buy minutes and phone works in mexico/US/Canada. Now we can call but no one can call us. Do we have to do something like roaming or put a code in. They told us to just call the cell phone. Asked two different folks at two different telcel stores. What are we missing???

One doesn't buy "minutes" from Telcel. One pays for Pesos used to pay for various charges.
