I finally got in touch with my friend over there so I feel better, The President of the Conggress and the Chenalho representative are still held by the dissidents but they are alive and the governor is about to arrive to make an offer..

Meanwhile I do not have confirmation on the attack by the federal police of the indigenous going down to Tuxtla.It maybe rumors or may be true who knows..

Tuxtla and Ciapa de corzo were a huge mess yesterday hopefully it will be quieter today..

So the latest is that the alcadesa resigned the new presidente is Miguel Santiz and now every one is sticking around because the new presidente is throwing a big fiesta for the pueblo..if you thought it was dangerous to go yesterday tonight will be even worst as everyone will be drunk..

Wonder where the money for the fiesta came from...
THe dissidents just were told to stay until 6 for a major celebration party..
They will start celebrating the end of the conflict at 6pm tonight and all of them will get drunk..more fights coming up but at least they will be asleep soon.. good old Chiapas.
One good thing is that this conflict is over and there will be less problems in that area.
