Fifteen minutes walk to the Malecon, Central Plaza, Soriana, Bus Station, American Legion, Cruz Roja and Guadalajara Farmacia. Five minutes drive to the Golf Club at Vista del Lago. This is a secure property on a wide, quiet, residential street with covered off street parking and auto gates. Garden, gazebo and laundry. Modern kitchen, water is filtered, softened and UVed.

Free Wifi and laundry, the tenant pays for gas and electricity on separate meters. The electricity rate is billed by CFE at the bottom rate on their scale. Satellite TV hook-up is provided, the tenant pays for the programming of their choice. Rent is $US400 (or peso or CDN equivalent) per month.
