Chapala Rental

Full or part time rental in Chapala. 500 sq. ft. casita deep into the property so it's very quiet. 2 br (or 1 br & den/sala) 1 very large bathroom, nice kitchen. Large yard. I'm sending this for the landlord (great guy) so if there's any interest I will give directions and notify him. Price would be negotiated with the landlord. All utilities are paid by the landlord.
