I'm thinking of moving to a home in Upper Chula Vista. What internet speed should I reasonably expect in this area?

If you mean chulavista country club is very Bad, i just have 1.70mb with Adsl. There's only two options up here, telmex and spiderweb and both Will give you no more than 2mb.
