New restuarant in the old Tequila Republic?

You call the number, make a deal to rent, pay three months in advance, plus deposit, plus last month and put up the cash. They, you discover that you cannot open, after moving in your stuff and spending more on the modifications needed for your planned business. Lots of money down the drain...No refunds. "There is one born every minute".

But at least they are fixing it up little by little. :)

The outgoing government people need to grab some farewell pesos.

I expect something just as creative as the aunt who forgot to bill the municipality until the last 15 days of the term for the box lunches she provided over two years for every civil servant on the payroll.  We filled our own potholes last month.

They certainly are doing something to it little by little. However, I would not use the term “fixing it up” to describe it.

This project appears to still be moving forward. They are working inside daily and I recently saw that they are running new power line's to it.
