When I translated diezmillo it said sirloin steak instead of chuck roast ???

look at my post in the bacon thread where slainte gave you that translation and i gave you an answer in pictures. diezmillo covers a large chunk of steer from neck to shoulder actually.

I always ask for punt de sirloin and the meat market guy cuts me a really good roast.

If you want a good pot roast ask for punta de sirloin, it is not a chuck roast but it is good and tender. I do mine in the crock pot.
