Colima Volacano errupting!

8:20AM Saturday, March 27, the Colima volcano (Volcan del Fuego) has been errupting for the last several minutes!

Wow, the eruption on Friday looks like something was coming DOWN the volcano for the first time. All the other eruptions of which i have seen photos show all the "spew" going pretty much straight up.

The entire “Ring of Fire“ has been rather active lately. Maybe “the big one“ is around the corner.

Well at least Mt. Colima is letting off some pressure slowly. Many us from the PNW remember Mount St. Helens and the carpet of ash that followed that massive eruption. What a friggin mess.

A few weeks or months (can't remember) after Mount St. Helens erupted, i was flying from New Orleans to New York City and we flew into the ash. i was shocked that it had made it so far away and was still so thick.

I think Mount St. Helens was in the early 80's and I was living in Florida. Had to watch it all on TV. Saw some of the aftermath when I moved back to Seattle ...... wow

if colima does a mt. st. helens,we gonna get it big time.

How does one prep for such a thing? If there is something preventative I can do I will do it.
