New for Vancouver?? Old info for Oregon and Washington for medical MJ. Funny thing in Washington state is that the new legal MJ costs more than illegal MJ that legal was suppose to suppress. Greedy greedy governments. Believe same in Colorado is going on. The whole MJ thang is a expensive game going on that does not touch illegal MJ and the folks who are behind it. At least you can grow it in Colorado. Still illegal to grow in Washington. Most of the folks I knew who had medical MJ cards told the Doc that they needed it for sleep.

Vancouver has been dispensing medical MJ for many years. Maybe it is easier to get now but it wasn't that difficult when I lived there. I think after the next Federal election there, Canada as a whole, will legalize MJ.

Zed, I got back from Seattle Friday. The good news is that the supply has more than caught up with the demand and the prices have dropped a great deal.

How much? Is it now cheaper than on the street? I don't know. I just know that the headlines were as I reported above

A couple months ago I went into one of the recreational (vs medicinal) marijuana stores in Vancouver, WA. It was an interesting experience to walk in and buy pot with no legal stigma but the prices were very high. I compared prices to some of the same strains listed on medical marijuana sites and found the medical prices at about half the recreational store  prices. Illegal growers/sellers should be celebrating the state's greed, it will assure their continued existence. Grass in BC 339824

I asked a friend if he was going into the stores now to buy and he laughed....can buy on the street for a quarter of the price. The grass is always greener.....
