The Ducks

Well Jim and your Duck friends.....
It looks like the Ducks are going to claw (or swim ) their way back to the top of polls.
They just won't go away quietly.

They had a pass today my friend. Will be interesting if they lose a position on a bye week.........SEC rules.

They were #3 on the bowl playoff selection committee....don't see how they could go down with the MS State Bulldogs losing, but as you say the SEC gets preferential treatment and FL State hasn't had the tough schedule that the Ducks have had.

Right on my friend. Looking forward to the bowl games!

Jim: UW almost won but didn't. They lost by 1 point. I hope the ducks do very very much better, when they play their next game, next week.

Pete, you crack me up......whether they lose by 14 or 1 point......they still lost.? Wish I could impose on you ....and watch the game with you next week!

TOOT...(the other Oregon team) knocked off the high rated AZ State, so even though the Ducks were idle.....not a bad weekend for Oregonian footballers.

With all the upsets this week the polls will shock some of us when they come out tomorrow.

Tennessee Titans now have a chant in the stadium of "Duck Suck" as they want the Titans to suck so bad they have a shot at drafting the Oregon quarterback. They are doing a good job of making that a possibility.

windrider17, Looks like Tampa Bay has the inside track.  Tampa Bay will probably sell their pick.   They can rebuild the team.   Tampa Bay can't protect him and his career will be shortened.


Hopefully, He will pull a John Elway... and end up with a better opportunity....tell them he'll sit out a year, rather than playing for them.   QB'S have short careers without protection.
