Does anyone know of a food store that has reasonably wide isles that would accommodate a mobility scooter?

I have been there and yes the isles are wide, but they do not have a very food area.
Thanx!

What?  Walmart had a huge food area!  Groceries, produce, meat, seafood, wine, liquor, and more.  What are you looking for that they don't have?

Sorry David, I was mixing it up with another store I stopped at. I wasn't able to go through all of the isles, as they were stocking shelves and I couldn't get down some of them.
I am here trying to purchase a home and in between things, looking for where we'll shop for groceries, etc.
I want to check out some others like El Torito, El Surtidor if you know an address for those. I have been to Super Lake and quite e few of their isles are small.

El Surtido is on the Caraterra in Ajijic, its aisles are narrow too.  El Torito may be better.  Walmart seems to be always stocking shelves to the inconvenience of their customers.  Look at Soriana in Chapala too.  Then there are the local weekly markets, especially the Farmer's Market west of Ajijic on Tuesday mornings.

Have been to Soriana in Chapala and since it will be south of where our house is, will be the place to go. I didn't realize I could buy a motor scooter in a grocery store! Good grief they have it all. Very Happy

There is a larger Surtidor on the west side of Madero in Chapala, convenient to the SurtiWash car wash place, where you could drive in, have your car washed, shop and return to your car on good sidewalks.
We also prefered Soriana to other choices, but Surtidor has some advantages too.
Here in Tucson, I must admit that I like the electric shopping carts that they provide for us old folks.

They provide those at the Walmart and Mega near us in Guadalajara as well.

not much choice in surtidor-small. i think i've seen mobility units in both wally world and soriana. they don't stock shelves and block isles everyday and not the entire store when they do.
