Local food blog and need for a gringo food version
Happy New Year everyone!
I recently updated my necessarily very incomplete overview of local Mexican food places:
http://eatinglocalatlakeside.blogspot.mx
Given the number of restaurants in the area it truly does live up to its title (JUST "scratching the surface").
Now the question is, who's going to do something like this for the various international cuisine places that most expats prefer to eat at? As others have pointed out, John's old restaurant guides, which were never very complete (or informed, for that matter) are now woefully out of date. I think it'd be a great project, perhaps for a small group of folks who have the $ and interest to dine out regularly.
Any takers?
