Another Mexican Adventure

Yesterday we took a scouting trip to Presa Vista Hermosa to see what the fishing conditions were like. Presa Vista Hermosa is located a few kilometers from the town of Vista Hermosa about 100 km's from here to the south west. When we got there we found that the gate to get into the area was closed so we couldn't really check it out. We decided to take a different route home and ended up on a logging road that went through and over the mountains from Vista Hermosa to Concepcion de Buenos Aires. It was about 60km's of the most beautiful backcountry you will see. The road was fairly rough but passable and we passed quite a few logging trucks coming and going. Round trip was about 7 hours. Great time!!
