Someone that works at the LCS told me, a couple of hours after it happened, that they had footage of the guy taking the meter but didn't know if it was related. If it is related then they definately have a picture of the guy. That may be good news if the police know him. Maybe I could get a picture to post here.

Someone said the cameras at LCS were disabled, but I don't know if that is true. I sure hope you can find a picture.
