I do not believe all votes are counting. I was away last week and voted daily from various IP's but the count did not change after the votes.

I suggested that to CBob 26 pages ago...I think it's a lack of funds.

We can always cancel the Soriano cards after the votes are counted.

Some people said they had to sign up and sign in to vote, I didn't have to do that on my ipad . I'm guessing that if you are signed in your vote only counts one time even if you are at a different IP address. but if you are not signed in it does. Maybe?
I always look at the results before and after I vote so I know they are counting.
