Why was 3 months of voting tossed out? Someone didnt like the prior results? Many people think they voted and dont know their vote was tossed out.

The earlier votes were tabulated, and the best ones were selected for the final leg of voting.
Votes were reset to zero for this leg, so we have to keep slogging away.
