New restaurant: Pierrot's St. Remy

We dined at St. Remy last evening.  You'd have thought Pierrot had been at this location for years.  Everything went off without a hitch.  The setting at Tres Leones Bnb is beautiful and spacious.  The service was excellent and the food devine.  We four had several selections from the menu including, escargots, tuna tartare, duck confit, salmon, short ribs, and shrimp w/pasta.  Each plate was worthy of praise.  There were at least 25 others dining there by the time we left.  I fully expect Pierrot will do well at this location.  Yes, the prices are Guadalajara level and so is the quality.  Welcome to Ajijic Pierrot!   St. Remy is open for dinner, Thurs thru Sat and brunch on Sunday.

Thanks for the review. We ate at Pierrots when it was at Hacienda del Lago and loved it. Do they have the Prix fixe menu like they did at Del Lago ? If so, is the cost still 440mx per person ?
