Sticker Shock
On our last Mexico trip, we picked up the following bottle of tequila to add to our collection for $860MXN in Tlaquepaque:

This past weekend on our way to Taos, we stopped in a very large liquor store along side the highway This very same bottle was $120.99 USD.

The right time or excuse will come to have a good sized "tasting party" of some fine tequilas! With a few exceptions, most of the collection consists of tequilas in unique bottles purchased in Mexico and are brands not seen NOB.

Just waiting for the proper occasion! Meanwhile, look at the appreciation in value in a little over a month. Maybe when we receive the Himalayan Salt Tequila Sipping Glasses that are currently on backorder, we may see fit to break them in with a most excellent tequila?

Another new bottle for our collection. Look closely at the bottle and you will see the head is human on one side and cat on the other. This is a Reposado and is produced by Distillery: Destiladora del Valle de Tequila, SA de CV

Maybe they threw in a bra for the bottle in Taos. Corralejo is known for strange bottle designs, but this one is slightly over the top IMHO.
