Apologies for the error.  You did say "AMEN" though, so did you agree with Smartalex's sentiments? I hope not.

Smartalex and Playaboy are the two voices of reason. If people are so worried about ambulances and emergancies, they should contact the clinics and the RC. It is douteful that the President cares if expats or mexicans are inconvenienced.

I have two candidates in mind for the 77 ID based on previous incarnations. One is male and the other female. I tossed a coin and chose to use "he." I am not attached to the "he" pronoun though and could call 77 "she" if it makes you happy--or 77 unhappy.
