I walked past the police station about two weeks ago and saw a gallon or two of used oil sitting in an old tub at the side of the road where they park. Over the two weeks including the rainy days, some has been spilled on the road, some on the sidewalk, some tracked down the road, but most remains in the tub at the curb still today.
This must be the way it is done here???
