It's also my understanding that Dr. Juan Pablo Loza, in Chapala, is available to work with any of his patients on the palliative health care directive. He is familiar with the federal legislation and the health care directives set out in that document.

If you want to get a copy of the document in English, go to the Life Planning website or facebook page and look for it there. You can make a copy and take it into the doctor. Or, you can just write the document yourself. There's a format on the website and facebook page. You only need your signture, the signatures of two witnesses and that's it. The document does not expire and does not require preparation by an attorney or to be signed by a Jalisco State Notario!!
