Billy Chapman Jr introduced Black Bass into Mexico back in the 90's


Click on the link....good info on Bass in Mexico. Besides Agua Milpa Billy has opened fishing lodges near Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and has another planned near Guadalajara.
