Heads up - (actually should be helmets on) Motorcyles Empty It is true

About six weeks ago I sat in the central plaza in Chapala and watched as a traffic cop pulled over motorcyclists as they came through the main intersection and the ones not wearing helmets were getting ticketed. I was amazed particularity when you think about all the quads on the roads overloaded with the entire family and none wearing helmets. I guess they have to start somewhere.

pagina kinda didn't get total accuracy here.gilberto garcia padilla is headquartered in guadalajara and is the "administrator'' responsible for the entire state, not just chapala.
the new sect'y[politicallyappointed boss of all of it] is maricio gudino and second in command is francisco poe morales.
we are still blessed with alberto alvarez ahumada as the chapala comandante.

Shouldn't there be a "SNORK!" at the end of that line?
