These suggestions are great.  I have a Mexican amigo that I'm sharing the Chapala ones with.  We are going to check out the 7 peso tacos and Chinese from Soriana's.  He lives there and didn't know about these.

I also wanted to add that El Arbol has breakfast for about 50 pesos.  Unless it has changed, lattes and other coffee drinks are free if you order breakfast.  The best latte that I had down there was from El Arbol.
