I believe you would need some conversion software to convert this from DVD to AVI format. I use one called Ultra Video Convertor.

Re: music on disc
Pedro,
Use some sort of video software to create a video (still photos can be used) then add the mp3 to the video as the soundtrack. Then save the product to AVI or WMV or MP4 and you can upload it to youtube. They only accept videos - NOT audio only files.

Re: music on disc
WMA is a Windows Media Player format, which comes with Windows. You can convert to mp3 using WMP: Try under Tools>Options>Rip Music in WMP. You can choose the location and format to save in from there. Might still get trouble doing this if they are protected.
However, that still leaves you without a video. You would need a tool, as recommended by Axixic.

Re: music on disc
it is my music done by a friends so it is not protected.
originally it was on a cassette and another friend cleaned it up and slightly reworked the background then put it on a rewrite and i put it on the puter. it is an audio file only. what you techie guys say is true but beyond my ability.youtube has something they recommended i use to convert to video with stills but it was all baffle garb to me

Re: music on disc
Microsoft Movie Maker "might" be the easiest ... but easy is relative. lot's of videos just use one foto and put the music behind it

OMG - it's not "I Wanna Hold Your Snork" by the Leduc Allstar Ramblers? If so, I don't think Youtube is ready for that!
