What kind of flower (whatever) is ueedd in a Mexican Bolillo?

Carbohydrates and protein both have 4 calories per gram, fats have 9 calories per gram. Get out your scale and weigh them. If your goal is to lose weight, then throw the bolillos out and have a salad or an apple instead.
