Can someone give me a simplistic answer on Moviestar rates?
Forget about when gift minutes expire, etc.
Questions:
1. If I have $100 pesos in my account, how many pesos does it cost me for a 2 minute call from my cell to another cell phone starting with (045)?
2. If I call and get a operator recorded message that either the line is busy or out of service, does that cost me and how much?
3. If I get an incoming call, do I pay for that call?
4. Does Moviestar have any "plans" that are a better deal than without?
a. What is/are the plan(s) and the costs?
I do not read Spanish sufficient enough to understand any website in Spanish (Yes, I have tried to learn but it's more than difficult).
Please, direct and simple answers are appreciated.
Thanks.

Well...
1. If I have $100 pesos in my account, how many pesos does it cost me for a 2 minute call from my cell to another cell phone starting with (045)?
If you change to the better plan and recharge 100 pesos then those 100 pesos will be applied to allow you to call everybody at 2 pesos a minute including US and Canada. http://www.movistar.com.mx/Telefonia-movil-Prepago-planes-Prepago-Nuevo-Prepago-Lite-Q
2. If I call and get a operator recorded message that either the line is busy or out of service, does that cost me and how much? Ask them but logic would dictate no, but then again we are in Mexico
3. If I get an incoming call, do I pay for that call? NO
4. Does Moviestar have any "plans" that are a better deal than without? Depends on usage, will your cousin's friends grandfather like the cheapest pair of shoes on sale at Walmart?

If I have no plan, how much is it per minute to call to another cell phone?
How can I find out about a plan in English and how/where to get it and where?

Re: Can someone give me a simplistic answer on Moviestar rates?
Talosian, if you buy prepaid credit (the term prepaid means that you walk into some store, any store, that sells Movistar credit, hand them your pesos, and they credit your phone account) then according to the webpage that Intercasa mentions, here are the costs:
If you buy 100 pesos credit prepaid, you can call ANY number in Mexico or ANY number in the US or in Canada - that means any fixed line, any cell phone, any other provider- for 1.98 pesos per minute.
If you buy 150 pesos credit prepaid, those same rates drop to 0.98 pesos per minute for the same calls.
If you buy 200 pesos credit prepaid, those same rates drop to 0.85 pesos per minute for the same calls.
If you have a smart phone, you also get 100MB credit for internet usage, and additional MBs cost you 1.98 pesos per MB.
You also can get two different telephone numbers so that any call you make to those numbers are free. You activate that feature by either going back to Movistar to get them to do it, or by asking your gardener to dial *343 on your telephone and following the instructions they will give over the telephone.

Thank you very much.
Other than Intercase who I know tried, you are the only person who responded directly to what I asked in a clear manner.
The others for the most part, I ignored, I won't feed into their problems.

Better than ignoring....apply 2 fingers to a neck muscle.

You may have done better if you had asked for a simple answer and not a simplistic answer. Properly phrasing a question will more likely result in a more desired response.

The trouble with Talosian questions is that there is never an end to them. Like Tribbles, you feed them, and they multiply.
