South side subdivisions
I'm trying to find any information about these south-shore subdivisions, and any others that may be out there. Especially if they have websites... most don't seem to be indexed, or are advertised but Not Found, etc.
El Manto
Arbolada del Lago - http://arboladadellago.com/
Puerto Corona

Re: South side subdivisions
Merry,
Check out the "Living on the South side of the Lake" thread, just below yours. There is a person from Puerto Corona that has posted and might be of help to you for that area. I have had friends who rented there for many years, now deceased, and they loved it. I also enjoyed visiting them, just for the peace and quiet and country atmosphere. I think PC is a great place to live. If I was considering the southside, given my budget, that would be the place for me. Happy hunting.

Thanks, Hernan. It's really hard getting information about the south side, even though I live here! LOL And do love it too.
I'm just trying to consolidate info about these places.

Re: South side subdivisions
Subdivisions on southside .... I thought they were all just east of Joco in that massive bunch of boxes they've put up in the last few years. Anyone living in them yet?
Re: South side subdivisions
Sparks, not your civilian south, we're talking military south side here.
East of Joco is northside. And I don't think anybody is living in those boxes, I believe they are sold as unfinished cement shells for the owners to slowly build out before retirement.

Have you looked at Roca Azul?
Also a house is for sale up on the hillside in San Martin. Fantastic sunrise and moon rise views over the lake.

Re: South side subdivisions
I don't think that either one would be classified as a "village"...more of a community. I like both of them.

I live southside and there are a number of subdivisions. Roca Azul and Puerto Corona are both assuredly subdivisions. When you go by they have those official-looking street signs, but that doesn't make it a town. Those signs also point to individual homes such as "MICHELSON."
Here are the south side subdivisions that I know of:
- Roca Azul
- Villa Grace Condominiums?
- El Manto
- Arbolado del Lago
- Puerto Corona
I have another post asking for information about these subdivisions, so we are now kinda combining the two posts.
