VW dealership for Beetle service

It is time for my US Beetle to have its 40,000 mile service. It is still under warranty and VW international recommends a dealership service. I understand there are a number of VW dealerships in Guadalajara and would like to hear from anyone who has experience with these dealerships - I would prefer something on the western side if possible. Thanks in advance for your consideration.

brercottage, I see you are making the same posts on both boards, I am curious, since our board has 10% of the members TOB advertises ......which board provides the most on spot info? Just wunderin?

Jim...Many people make identical posts on both (or more) boards. To get a real consensus, I think you should poll all the dual posters and not just brercottage. His MMV.
Of course, we all know where the "quality" posters reside.

AQUI, Slainte, just an interesting note, TOB has over 10,000 members, with 137,000 posts, our board has over 80,000 posts with less than 10% count.

Jim W - I post on multiple boards to get more options. Sadly, this board usually gets off topic within one or two posts and results in endless snipes by the same people who have nothing to add to the original posters question - and it can go on for pages with a handful of people saying absolutely nothing useful. As an example - see this post!
