So HG anyway we can lock down a browser and prevent modification of computer? In other words we use this browser only for banking and
security stuff. Example log on without admin would that help??

I'm not sure if I understand the question, but if you are asking can we prevent bad things from coming in, there is always the SANDBOX option, which runs your Internet experience in a bubble where nothing can get through to your PC.
