However the new mega key phone keeps sending us messages. They consist of 5 numbers, What the hell is this? Phone spam?

Lawd please make me cell phone literate and I mean NOW:

My daily whine...... what are these strange messages? Is the phone defective, is it spam?

I got one yesterday. No idea what it is. When I "called" it, nothing happened... I hope. Numbers like this are usually the numbers to text via cell phone, not numbers to call.
