Electric fences
O.K. maybe I should take the E out of my name, feel free to laugh here people. The f%&/$"! fence we had installed last year doesn't work worth a pinch. Breaks down all the time etc. The "engineer" who is supposed to install a new system does not answer his cel, soooo I called Mexico City, who put me in touch with his boss. I explained the situation, and explained that either we got a new system, professionally installed or we would be visiting profeco promptly.
Her answer, we will return your money because this guy won't answer us on his cell either.
Next question, here's what I need, a fence that works, not some of the time but all of the time. Any local suggestions? Basically I'm looking for Fort Know on steroids.
Thanks.

Everything C.B. It turns itself on in the middle of the night with NO provocation. It was improperly installed from day 1. It has been checked and FIXED at least 4 times. Now I'm about ready to go to profeco, and they know it. The guy just showed up with a brand new system. My husband who is an engineer will check the thing out and if it is not done to his satisfaction back it goes, and we hit profeco.

Could it be that being fluent in Spanish helped a bit?
