yes, i have. probably about 50% of the time i try to get on, it won't let me. i thought at first it was because of my weak little telcel 3G dongle modem. but i can get on other sites without any problem, so that's not it. my problems with chapala.com connection started two or three weeks ago.

and, more horrifyingly, i can't get on the icanhascheezburger site!!
