Paracaidismo Chapala (Skydive Chapala)

After two years of working on this, I am very happy to announce that as of last weekend, we are officially skydiving in Chapala. If you or any one you know is interested, Please check out my Facebook Youtube or Website.



Some of you will recognize James in the video below. I am a very experienced skydiving instructor with 18 years in the sport and am fully rated with the USPA to teach skydiving in any of the 4 was possible (or just take you on the ride of your life). Jajaja..........too true!!! I headed straight for the video. We are grounded today because of rain so just hanging in the sweltering jungle humidity waiting for a break. Luckily we found a little patch of cell service.

The video of James is our $800 version. We also have a $2000 version that is the same as the first but there is an additional camera flyer (jumper with a camera) to get more, even better footage. It is all put together into an even better video.

Out of curiosity, from what altitude did she jump?

You do have to try it Bob, skydiving is a blast. I'd go but don't want to have my stents pop out of every orifice.

We jump from apx 14k MSL (mean sea level). This is the same height that most skydiving is done from. Unfortunately, localy we are at apx 5k MSL (this is the only draw back to this area). So that means that we jump from apx 9K AGL (above ground level). Above 14k, you need to start using oxygen.

I'll tell ya, I absolutely love my students. Especially ones like her. Great energy! All of my students are my marketing. Some TI (Tandem) instructors do it just for the $. I do it because I love it and it shows (ask any of my students)! That can be said of just about every AFF (Accelerated Free Fall) instructor I have ever met.

I wish you all the luck in the world and I hope this is a great success for you. That said, I will never be a client. I have never understood the desire to jump out of a perfectly good airplane.

Same with bungee-jumping; not for me. My ethnic background is Irish, and bungee-jumping is just a little too close to hanging.

hahaha Great video! Puta Madre would be a great name for the business and you could probably get away with that here.

Unless I missed it, she never said "puta madre" which is quite a strong term and unusual for such a well-mannered young lady. She did say "a poca madre" on several occasions which loosely means "very cool".

Thanks for the correction. I have a paralyzing fear of heights, which of course includes jumping out of a plane, so I may have "heard" what would have come out of my own mouth.
