Professional Window Washing

I want to give a BIG recommendation for Saul Enciso who has been a Professional Window Cleaner for 20 years. The clarity of our window glass is superior to new windows...they are so clean (inside and out), they sparkle. There is not one speck of dust or dirt on any of the screens and air flow has improved dramatically. He and his helper also cleaned our fans.
He is reasonably priced, an absolute perfectionist and is prompt. He's also bilingual.

Saul's the Man!

We have battled filmy windows since moving in... We contacted Saul and he did an excellent job. We have a number of windows that we could not wash but he handled in due form... We will be using him from now on...

Saul was able to clean some heavily water stained glass that no one else was able to.

Vinegar and water

Unfortunately the effect of various remedies varies with the water source and the systems employed to modify the water. In our case we have a softener... We tried vinegar and water, ammonia and water, alcohol and water and the Windex spray application, all with limited and varied results. The windows looked great until the sun hit them.
Saul solved our problems. He uses a four step approach and has the requisite equipment to do a professional job. His prices are reasonable and are considerably less than what we paid NOB and with less than perfect results.
I would certainly recommend him as the Go to Guy for windows, canopies, etc.
