Josephs place. First place I stayed at in Ajijic years ago.
Beautiful staircase to roof in that building. I think the
staircase in in Behind the walls book.

Casa Blanca: Accommodations are reasonable, rooms are basic but clean.

Is this the place right across the street from LCS and the old Swan Inn?

Yes, I believe it is. It is under new management.

"Word has it" that he did......but who knows what the story is? Joseph is hoping to also sell that three story white skinny thing he just built a few doors down, so if anyone here is looking for a built in stairmaster......see Joseph. LOL

My preference would be the old Swan Inn across the street but that because of a dispute with the previous owner. Now I guess I have no opinion.

Pam and Matt now own it ......great people .....stop in, have a beer,and meet them ...... focusing on renting the rooms but more to come .....

The dispute was between myself and the owner of the Casa Blanca at the time, and is nothing that I would repeat in public.

Estrellitas is the former Swan Inn. Different ownership.

Just got the following email from Joseph:
