They were supposed to start Friday and end Sunday, in preparation for the big celebrations. I don't know which streets, but be prepared. However, today Ninos Heroes was closed at the glorieta, with military marches, school marches, all kinds of camo outfits running around, military buses, tourist buses, helicopters... quite the scene. And tricky to manouevre around, but doable.
