Driving in Puebla
Granted our experience was somewhat limited since we were only in Puebla from a Friday afternoon until a Monday morning but from what we experienced, the following video is fairly representative of the traffic we experienced (shot on a Saturday return to the city):
We found the drivers in Puebla to be quite pushy and one needs multiple sets of eyes in their head. As would be expected, the traffic volume builds as one approaches "centro" where virtually all of the streets are one way. One soon learns to accept the fact that parking in no parking zones or double parking are common practice. These practices force two or three lane one way streets down to one or two lanes with no notice.
