That is something in our plans for sure. But first we need to get the new FSBO website launched.

Our new FSBO/FRBO site is up and running. It's officially in Beta testing but only because of lack of FAQ's which are being worked on at this time. All for sale listing presently on the site are real. What we don't have is rentals at this time and are looking for people with a property or properties to list so that we might document a help file related to rentals.

We are initially giving 300 credits automatically with signup for either sale or rentals. We will go one further for rentals with an addition 300 credits for your help. That is 6 months of rental exposure for free for your rental. There is no obligation to go further after the free period is up. Nothing to lose.

We have the best Alexa ranking of any Lake Chapala based website. Your property will get seen.

Last Friday was an excited day for our new site. Our listings, both rental and sales, are now being feed out to more than 30 similar websites around the world. We will automatically feed every 24 hours so any changes to a listing will be see as quickly as possible. For the rental homes this means updates to the availability calendar will always be current.

Thanks Mainecoons. It's been a lot of work over the last few months. We are still working on FAQ's and tutorials which will make the whole listing process easier. Hopefully another week or two should have that part done. Then on to even more bells and whistles.
