9 Black State police trucks just flew down the carretera in Chapala towards the plaza

Sirens, buzzing, etc. so something is happening right now! Not sure where they were going just passed my place.

Also saw that they found another drug lab in Ixtlahuacan 2 days ago

9 black state and one black unmarked. They sure were traveling fast.

All Jalisco state police trucks are black,that's why they're called"Los Negros".

I tend to refer to them as "black state police trucks" because inevitably some jacka$$ will say "how did you know they were state?" or "are you sure they were state?". sigh.

Nothing but none stop action in front of El Bar Co. We saw the army intercept a truck full of guys and give them the once over. Then it has been Estadio trucks back and forth every 15 minutes or so. Estadios just pulled over another truck full for an interrogation. Something is going down.

Pure rumor at this point - A young Mexican teen (who I know) came into El Bar Co. and said 5 children were taken from Joco this afternoon.......

Estatales Bob,estadios are where you go to watch futbol.

State = Estado. No? Either way it is what it is........

Are their any updates this morning?

The young man who works with me said he heard an explosion about 12 midnight and then heard the sirens. He lives near the Bar Co.

If El Bar Co. blew up 5 will getcha 10 ezpz did it.

Black doesn't mean just state. Federales are black too. You need to see the gold lettering on the side "Federales" or "Estatal".

I think that the feds are dark blue. At least the cars are dark blue.

Oh, and these trucks were coming *from* Ajijic going into Chapala. ElBarCo is in Ajijic. Chapala does have a plaza.

Awfully nice very expensive trucks and cars for such a poor country. Nothing but the best for the uniformed officers. I saw 3 Army trucks today about 12:30 PM heading toward SJC and Joco. Their heeeeeeere. You gals otta like those men in uniform. LOL

Would you rather they chased the bad guys in jalopies?Mexico is not such a poor country,a lot of it's people are, but not the country.

2nd biggest economy in LatAm, 12th in the world.
