Tope guys at it again

Speed bumps are "necessary" because most drivers here seem to have contempt for traffic control signs. Aggressive, persistent police control of traffic aided by radar guns would be less damaging to vehicles than bumps. New York found, a while back, that controlling small crimes helped reduce the incidence of bigger crimes. Maybe it could do the same here.

As with all laws in Mexico, they are more of a suggestion... An equall, impartial, consistent, & fair legal system is non-existent here.
