Here's a possible alternative to replacing a saggy mattress.
If it is only pillow topped on ONE side, flip it over. Buy a 10 cm. (4 inch) memory foam topper for the side that SHOULD have been down. The topper can be rolled up and transported easily.
The house we just vacated had a top of the line pillow top Sealy Sagyourassic that was badly wowed. We flipped it over and had better sleeps than trying to fight your way out of the sags...a topper would have made it perfect.

Is there a reason you want to buy a Memory Foam mattress vs. a good quality Coil spring pillow top? May be just as comfortable, no??

I had a girlfriend who had a sleep number bed and it was very comfortable but I do think a good quality memory foam
clone of standard temperpedic mattress is more comfortable. However the adjustablity of the sleep number bed would
work for more people. John until you sleep on a memory foam mattress it would be difficult to explain the concept at
least most people feel it is the best. Go to a friends house who has one and try a nap to see what they are like. They
don't move like coil mattresses is one difference. If you are a flipper and drive your partner crazy memory foam works
much better. The sleep number bed was a little bit cooler in the summer than the memory foam. Memory foam requires
cotton mattress pad outside and inside to insulate you from the foam and supply a place for your persperation to go. I
use a 100% cotton mattress protector pad with a normal cotton outside fiberfill inside as I could not find a Cotton inside
and outside mattress pad down here.

Here's a possible alternative: Memory foam toppers from Costco. We have several and they are great. Not sure if they sell them down here, you'd have to look.

Where is Furniture 4 Less. Is it near 7-Eleven?

Can't for the life of me place the location of the 711 although I vaguely know it's there. Furniture 4 Less is located in the same strip mall as Illumina y Decora...going from Ajijic to Chapala, it's on the Lake side of the highway.

It is near the 7/11 on the same side of the road...

Hey, I got my mattress! I bought a Queen size Tempurpedic, used but in good condition for a fair price (from some VERY nice folks from this board) ....and I LOVE it! I am soooo happy....

Now, the quest for some 100% cotton Percale sheets begins...

When you find those Percale sheets, I hope you'll let us know. Only been lookin' here for 15 years. I hate wrinkles as much as I hate ironing. Is that an oxymoron?

Best sheets we have seen were at Cosco but they are not cheap even in US anymore.

That's where we got our sheets Zed. They're good and they're expensive...but they're not Percale.

Costco has some nice sheet sets. I don't remember them being too expensive, compared to the $ 40 US I paid for one King size sheet from the US. It was 500 count threads.

Our personal sleeping solution: Take one high quality regular (non pillow top) mattress from Costco. Add one Costco memory topper. Yummy sleeps. Then take the savings, wine and dine your spouse, and suggest turning in early.
