New Framers Market in El Chante opens this Sat. Apr. 28

new EL CHANTE FARM MARKET is opening, this Saturday, April 28, from 12:30 to 2:30! We will be open every Saturday and we are located on an organic farm on the lakeside of the Carretera. Let me cut and paste the flyer here in the email:

You are invited to the new EL CHANTE FARM MARKET, every Saturday from 12:30 - 2:30p.m. Located lakeside of the Carretera Chapala-Jocotepec, adjacent to the San Jorge Subdivision, on an organic farm with beautiful views of the lake and mountains.
We are located between El Chante town, ( past the new Pemex mountain side), and the big green road sign for El Chante Hotel & Spa. There will be signs out front. It is inside of a long ROCK wall.

I will be featuring Take Out Lunch Plates with Hawaiian Style Imu (cooked in the ground) Kalua Lamb and Turkey. You will have a choice of Kalua Lamb or Kalua Turkey which will come with a Brown Rice & Vegetable Pilaf, and an Organically Grown Salad Mix with an Asian Dressing. I will also offer the Kalua Lamb and the Kalua Turkey frozen in 1/2 lb. containers.
And by the way, El Chante town now has a really great malecon where you can have a picnic at!! You take the street to the El Chante Hotel & Spa but go 2 blocks towards the lake and then turn left towards Ajijic until you get to the malecon. What a pleasant surprise!!
