Have you heard that Chula Vista Norte owners each owe the City of Chapala $ 9,000. US for the water infrastructure?

Do you think they are obligated to pay it?

I have heard that, and also that a number of houses also do not have the required finiquitos from IMSS for payments on behalf of construction workers. It will be quite the surprise if someone sells their home and discovers that they owe many thousands of dollars in fines in order to clear this mess up.
