The GR article from Feb 4 - 10 gave a web address for the citation for the regulation, www.semades.gob.mx

There seems to be some problems with getting into this web address. Has anyone else tried it, or Spencer, do you have a corrected address?

Since I have a foreign plated car, i would like to keep a copy of the regulation with me in case I get stopped.

Apologies if this was on and already said on the 'other' webboard, which I don't see very often.
