New Year's Eve Empty New Year's Eve

Post by cactusflower Wed Dec 28, 2011 5:38 pm

We're new to lakeside and are looking for a restaurant to have new year's eve dinner. Not particularly interested in partying all night long or even staying up till midnight. Ideally, would like to go somewhere that has live music on any given saturday night and also has good food. Any suggestions? [b]

Starting at the top:
Restaurant #4: 766-1360 $1200 pesos and includes the whole deal: dinner, dancing, some booze and miscellaneous celebratory items.

Check John's Restaurant list which includes phone numbers for everything else.

Look in the Guadalajara Repireter for the various goings on and restaurants for New Year's. I'm sure MANIX, who puts out excellent food even on Holidays, will be doing something nowhere near as expensive as No. 4. Last year they had fireworks (a castillo) in the street.

Better make your decision tomorrow as I'm sure many might be filled up.

Depends on if you are talking distance or food and booze!
